  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The collected data are stored for no more than 14 months.

Data communicated by the user
The sending of messages optional, explicit and voluntary to the Controller’s contact addresses – even private messages sent by users to institutional profiles / pages on social media (where this possibility is foreseen) – involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, as well as all personal data included in communications, necessary to respond.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
The data subjects are granted the rights and faculties provided for by the current legislation (articles 15 to 21, GDPR): right of access, right of rectification, right of erasure (right to be forgotten), right of limitation of treatment, right to portability of data, right to object, right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
